I have purchased recliner and 3 seater sofa, there are issues with it within 2yrs. I am calling them since 2 months for service and they are not responding.
They gave 5 yrs warrenty but of no use, even the leather is also coming out. The 3 seater's leg is also moving.
Worst quality and worst service.
Fake promises.

Jugnu Furniture is a number one fraud company n I strongly recommend not even to step into their showroom. Absolute third class service and pathetic sofa making.
I happened to come under their trap in Meydan expo stall near hitex, some Mumbai based sales guy very sweetly deceived me and sold a leather sofa for 1.1 lks and delivered a defective one.
It's been exactly a month since I am waiting for their technician to visit n rectify but sofar no response n Iam sure there will be none.

Again I suggest not to deal with this fraud people n waste hard earned money.

Poor. They say 10 days and will take more than month. You need to be very careful with these guys. Ordered product was damage. still they insists you to pay the full amount. And their technician will come and fit it.

Probably a 1 star, we bought a dining table recently and this is how it was delivered after spending 10s of thousands. There were scratches on the dining table and chair. Their delivery team is rough and not polite, they don't deliver on time and require lot of follow ups. My advice - not worth it.

Value for money with excellent service. Purchased two sofa sets and fully satisfied with quality. Team has extended support and guidance in right selection suiting my flat and colours matching floor and wall paintings. Nice and dependable.

I have purchased Sofa, dinning table and cot from Jugnu furniture Chandanagar for a reasonable price.
I thank Sales man Khan for his help in selection.
Overall i am very happy with product quality and with good service.

Product quality is cheap and service is not good. They dont even respect the customer once u buy the product and left. Very arrogant staff. As we were asking about delay in service, staff is responding arrogantly. So we have given negative review, for that they stopped providing service on complaint and asked us to remove our review and change it to 5 star then only they were okay to give service. If we want to use their services we have to remove our review is their demand. That is their response. Think twice before u choose jugnu chandanagar.

Never purchase from this Jugnu furniture , worst sofa maker. It started back pain from now. We complained, but not listening to us. Liar people..
