Mallika Furniture and Electronics LLP - Thanjavur

They have excellent collection of electronics and furniture. But, when it comes customer service some people are over doing it. They are slightly over moving with us to somehow sell the product. Which at times makes us move from that shop and prefer another one.
Edited - i keep getting calls asking when will I come to see the product and when will I buy. If i didn't go back, they are straight away asking why didn't I come. I gave 4 stars before and now I'm changing it to 1 star. Those customer care calls don't even ask are you free we are calling from Mallika, they straight away throw their question regardless of what we do and where we are.

It was a great shopping experience with Mallika. All products have been rightly priced. Adequate models are available for selection. Sales advisor Sreenath has been very helpful in selecting the right product and has completed billing process very smoothly.

Had an wonderfull experience in mallika furniture i am there customer for last three years we dont go for a second opinion anywhere alwyz our first and last priority is mallika and sales person named manikandan he use to explain about the product in detail and clear just try to find him for the product guidance if u r planning to visit Thnks
