Worst MI store.. Don't buy and MI gadgets from here. They are keeping defective pieces nd Billing that.. we bought one mi ear buds. After billing they are allowing us to open the gadget and it's defective. They are saying as this need to handled in service center. Arguing like it is same like online purchase. But online is having replacement option when we are asking that they are not agreeing on this. They promised they will take it to sevice center nd get it replaced but After sometime they lied us that without doing any service it got worked in service center. We are not sure what they did in between. We asked for replacement as brand new was giving us charging issue in store itself, but they denied that. After few days it's not working again. Worst experience ever.
