I bought a Durian chesterfield sofa last year for Rs.1.3 lacs. Now within a year sofa's button are coming out. I complained about it, but the after sales service is very poor . Nobody takes responsibility for getting it repaired neither Mr.Varun Dadda nor Mr. Selvaraj just they want to sell the products. It is my sincere request to the top management to look into the after sales service matter. It's a serious matter otherwise one day this company will loose sales. It is my sincere request to all prospective buyers not to buy anything from this unethical company especially from Chennai showroom.

One of the worst companies ever! I bought an office chair from the store and within 4-5 months the chair backrest broke. Contacted the store and they said that they will send a repair/replacement of "part" within 2-3 weeks. It's been over a month and finally I am getting the repair done. I also contacted their head office with request to exchange the faulty product with another chair and was willing to pay the difference. The online representative, Mr. Ashish Kumar Dubey a Sr. Executive customer support, replied asking me to read their policy documents in the bill with no other clarifications. Such a disrespectful bunch of employees with no care for customers. I would rate this company with 0 stars but google doesn't give that option. Please don't buy from these guys!

Durian i bought 2 beds at premium rates and the beds fitting and quality is really bad. the bed cant be moved and the lower part isnt fixed to the bed at all. on asking them they very rudely reply that this is how thier furniture is.

wont suggest anyone to invest on this brand.
