If you have waste of time and not to know what to do.visit this showroom and then you will feel like we would have done something else. This place is that much unworthy.

Even if you order displayed product it will take 5 days to deliver - What??? Yes it is.

They didn't have proper answer for the questions that we asked below

1. Why 5 days to deliver even for the displayed piece?
Answer - One display piece needs to come from Warehouse and then we will pack this and send to the customer. This is not at all acceptable.

2. Why 45 days for waiting time ?
Answer - need to come from other state and other countries.

Who ever has more than 45 days fooling period you can buy here.

Only 2 executives are there for the entire showroom and they can't even handle more than one customer at a time.

Irresponsible, they will not say the answer properly

Pro's:
1. Parking is available
2. Collection is good

Con's:
1. Worst waiting time (more than 45 days)
2. Irresponsible executives
3. Delivery for the available material also takes more than a week

Overall:

Good Purchase Experience
Purchase leena 3 seater sofa. Sales executive Suresh gave me a clear information on what are the Colours, models and delivery timings. Booked on a Saturday and received it on Tuesday as promised. Don't go for models with wait time of 45 days.. overall good experience.

Thought the quality of Oroducts are good their service level is so poor and will deliver the goods at their own time for me it took 7 days just for a dressing table and our address is just 2 km away from this show room. Need too improve on this issue fsiling which will spoil the brand image

The sales person does not even explain about the products. He shown few sofas and disappeared somewhere. There was no customers. To be honest the sales person response and attitude was like ‘if you want buy self go out after seeing’.

Note: i thought of buying 3 seater sofa and book it today but the response was not good from sales person so did not book.

We have recently visited this place and inquired about a furniture. We have finalized one and was ready to make an advance payment. The guy who attended us said it'll take 45 days to deliver the product but then we were fine with it. At the time of paying the advance, he said he will call us back by the next day and confirm. Not sure of the reason and dint get any calls. WORST customer service!! I'm not recommending this place to anyone. Though the collections are good, the way they treat the customers is too bad!! It would be good if this can be reviewed and inquired by some responsible Damro persons. Google can actually provide an option of staring with half star😏

Last Day I visited here, Looks good ambiance , the way of staff approached very well.

Starting Level Price Of sofa Will be 30k, seems a bit expensive.

Worst sales pitch . I went here for buying television stand and while enquiring the sales person said the price of the stand was 18900 rupees....even in display it tagged as Rs.18900.... while billing ,the cashier said it was 22000 ruppees !!!!
After some discussion between cashier and sales person they said to me "sry sir ,it was lockdown price we told earlier . Now the price is changed and it is 22000 but u can buy it for 21000" nu..... I found very fishy in dis and left the shop and bought a same kind of table in same material at royal Oak for 14,000

No teak wood furniture, All compressed wood only with weak and thin furniture.
