Worst in all they do. Ordered a 3+2 seater sofa on 20th Mar 22 at Ambattur showroom. Delivery was promised within 4-7 days. Learning that it comes from Bangalore, have asked them to deliver within 4 days, for which the store manager Nitesh agreed. But inspite of continuous follow ups, they cared the least, never responded and delivered on 29th Mar 22. It was on an exchange offer wherein for a puny 4k they took my existing furniture promptly on 21st Mar 22. But my 50k product was conveniently delivered after 9 days. Agony continued, the product is defective and quite possible a refurbished one. The 3 seater sofa seat sinks in and there is an internal broken side frame at the arm rest of 2 seater. After me complaining on 30th Mar 22, they promised to attend to it and replace the product the next day (31st) morning 10:00 am. But none turned up or called even. At 4:00 pm called up showroom Manager Nitesh. As usual, he never picked the call. After 5 minutes some half-baked technician called me and asked what is the complaint. On the whole, this is worthless business firm. They are experts in selling cheaper quality product, cheat the customer and customer care is a joke for this company. Royal Oak....Hope they named it right with the second part of the name in tamil. Beware if you chose to buy anything from them, you will be taken for granted.

Good collections and price range from low to high. All furniture under one roof. All are imported nothing made in India, on display.😑. Easy access and ample parking space.

Service was too good and the sales person Shenbaga Valli explained clearly for the customer queries.

The collections they had were unique and good. We made our way their in search of an office/study table to setup a WFH workspace and finally got one.. Shenbagavalli gave us a very quick and neat walk around on the stuffs which helped us to make our decisions without any confusions. Though a bit pricey, the quality is really good. The delivery and the installation too happened within three days of order placement.

All their sofas are imported. They've got collections from America, Venice, Malaysia, Vietnam, Italy and 2 more countries. Their products are given 1 year warranty only. Good thing is that their prices are far cheaper than the other big names in the country. Online and offline prices are same. They've good collection of leather sofas and recliners. Their Velachery showroom is much bigger and more collection on display

Good variety of modern design furniture items sold here. Store though It is located outside city has enough space to showcase all under one roof .price range slightly higher. Has 3 or 4 car parking space in front. It is better to see the collection in Online and then check with store before visiting.

Support staffs initially were helpful, however after sales and installation service is desired to be improved a lot.
