Jai Furnitures

I have placed an order after their impressive marketing talk of the product I was interested in. However, no proper response over 2 week period and multiple calls. Once you place order, you are at their mercy. However they were decent enough to accept cancellation request and returned money (promptly) when order was cancelled.

After 3 months they will give the delivery if one order for making a new cot. If it is ok then anyone can place the order(FYI: I called some 15 times, everytime different excuses and promises on delivery date). Also some orders they will take saying they can do(SS polish) but they won't do it since they lack the skillset and labours.

They misplaced/resold some furniture we gave them for upholstering, and replaced them with lookalikes made of low quality wood. The owner is rude and untrustworthy, and lies to you every time you talk to him. Avoid this place at any cost!

We bought dining table worth of 26k with them, when they delivered (too long time to deliver) it was looking perfectly fine but after few days I could see patches everywhere and it was looking very ugly, now it is more than month and till now I am requesting them to make proper finishing but no way, worst experience, worst service, don't buy from them, after buying if any problem they never do anything

Putting 1* only because I cannot rate them 0. Pathetic after sales, and very unprofessional when it comes to delivery of furniture. Had to follow up multiple times for a simple change, and never got them done to perfection. Spend money with Jai furniture only if you are out of your mind.
They sweet talk you into making the order post which their behaviour is very very pathetic. Never recommend this place to anyone.

Beware and save yourself from the scam.

The owner Jai Prakash is a fraud. He sold me completely damaged chair for 4000 rs and just does not respond. I urge you to get it from any shop other than his. Save your money and see somewhere else in the entire market.

Ashamed to give even '1 Star' for this Fraud. Jai Furniture spoke to us a month earlier with jaw dropping words, promised dining table and chairs will be delivered in 4 days. But delivered after 30 days that too after multiple&multiple follow-ups. I was about to register police complaint to get my initial deposit back. Poor to pathetic response, they wont even respond to calls.

Finally, product arrived after 30 days with all faulty and issue rich. Don't even trust these Jai Prakash and his helper. Both are utter fraud. Even after watching this video he is keep hiding without any response. Please beware of these cheats.

Very worst professional manarism. We placed a rolling chair he delayed more than one month. Unprofessional behaviour cheater.
