Now, Wow, this place is just so beautiful. The furniture and the ambience is at it's best. Visual merchandising is done so beautifully. Even the staffs were very polite, professional and patient in explaining things there. Before you order anything from Pepperfry online, drop in here and feel the furniture, look at the details, experience it and you can buy online right from the store itself. They will be able to get you the best deal with some of their coupons.

Not many produts are on display. But the sales team helped really well is choosing the produt on my requirement, better suggestion to visit studio before purchasing

Less number of collection at display. You have to see the catalogue and order without really feeling them. Located at a busy road, difficult to get parking. Not so good experience

People at nungambakkam store are very friendly and courteous. Very patiently helped us to get the right and good product.

Avoid pepperfry. Their android app has a poor UI and will not privide you an accurate description of the items in terms of size and description. customer service from corporate office is truly horrible and pathetic to help you on matters of returns or replacement .
Would suggest you buy and support local vendors or go to the vendors site directly.

Recommend not to book any service from pepperfry OMR. Will be treated like dogs. Would update my experience with pepperfry OMR store in a day or two. I will also reach out to senior leadership managing pepper fry to take action against pepperfry OMR store.
