Very bad products and services which they are providing to the genuine customer
Never ever buy any kind of product from this “bakwaas” HB furniture
Stayam almirahs lock system is very bad quality Soo never buy this
And just look at the centre table no finishing, bad quality
Overall very bad 😡🤬 shop to buy any product
“Only pese barbad”

I am furious at Google for not allowing me to give negative stars.
The store does not even has humane basic level service, even pathetic will be a better remark.
They never shares correct estimate time of arrival , lie on face, don't pick up customer calls, adds in adhoc cost at end moment.
My order took ~25 days for them to serve ( After numerous calls HB furniture became most dialled number in my contact list) for which they quoted 15 days. It's 11 pm in the night while I am posting this awaiting my goods to arrive since 7 pm in the evening.
P.S. stay away from guy named Lokendra Kadam if you end up at the shop even after reading the comment.

Very very much bad experience with HB furniture. Very poor service. In starting while visiting showroom the salesperson makes lot of promise of service but every thing false. I bought a double bed which they have provided in very bad situation. Very bad fitting of bed we have received. Every portion of bed are fitted very loosly. Now while calling to salesperson he stopped recieving the calls. Truly saying unchi dukan pheeke pakwaan this is applicable to HB furniture showroom. I personally feel I made a big mistake coming in talks of salesperson and bought a double bed. Very bad experience. Plz check twice before purchasing anything from HB furniture.

Experienced, Tested , Proven . These are dishonest people . I ordered for 4 premium quality plastic chairs and a table . They forcibly took 10,000 advance BUT they did not supply the items even after 4 months. I called them 30 times . Went to their shop many times . But they kept avoiding me . Finally I took help from the police station. After a talk with head constable , he assured me to deliver , but he did not. Time passed. After 4 months , I took help of my brother who knows him. Then he refunded my money. I have call recording with police and shop keeper. So DO NOT buy anything from here.

Very bad experience with hb furniture it is the worst furniture shop i have come accross in ajmer they dnt respect their customer at all they dont give the order on time and when u call them to follow up they ignore your calls the literally make you beg of your own order that is very disgusting they dnt give the order and dnt give the refund as well they disrespect the customer while talking to them on phone they literally hung up on me they didnt even let me finish my conversation that is very disrespecting

They haven't deliver the my marrigae furniture on time, i have order the same 2 months back, but still they haven't deliver on time and the worst part is they delivered the furniture after my marrigae and the worst is, they haven't deliver the furniture ,i ordered..haha...the worst shop, please dun trust them. Its a request, pleasee pleassee,, dun trust their staff specially Jeetu. Ye bandaa kaategaa tumhara....bht bada wala...

Worst Place,Fraud and dishonest people,They don't deserve to be in business.While selling the furniture they will be very good to you.After few days only the poor quality furniture breaks & then see their behavior.They don't even recognize you. Don't respond at all.
