Delivered Damaged table, painful return process, now not picking up calls for a week on replacement. White collar thief

Absolutely pathetic, unprofessional, fraudulent and unethical company. Places an order for a TV unit more than a month back with full payment done. Apparently a fire in their warehouse has destroyed all pieces and now no one answers call. Definitely filing a case against the company.

Good variety of products with huge collection

Very bad experience. I purchased a weave king size bed from them. They took payment of Rs 34000 in advance and delivered product very late and that too defective, after that I complained and they brought me a new bed after 15 days of my continuous follow-up. And that bed is also defective, it's a hydraulic bed, we just can't even sit on it, I am trying to connect with them for the last one month they are not responding at all. I am in great pain. Please don't buy anything from them.

I ordered for a customised bed (with storage) and with side tables. For the delivery i had to follow up with Mr.Dinesh and Mr.Mukesh on daily basis for 2 months. In this duration of 2 months they changed delivery date 3 times. On the delivery date i had issues with the delivery guy as they declined to get it to the 3rd floor which i clearly called out while placing the order. The bed which was delivered was incomplete as they forgot to send the 2 side tables and also the ply board sent as the bottom of the storage(the portion which goes over the floor) was of wrong dimensions thus i cannot use that storage space. I followed up after that to get it rectified but unfortunately there was no response on calls or messages. Though bed delivered was of good quality but the service offered is very poor. Staff of the company doesn't care about the customer or service. Flipkart should think twice before listing such under performing brands. Think twice before placing an order via them as you may or maynot get the or.der but you will definitely loose peace of mind

This is totally a fraud company pls pls pls don’t buy any thing from these, I placed a order and haven’t received even after 45 days, I pay in advance and now they are not responding my calls nd messages.
