I had recently bought fabulous curtain from there but when I saw the bill it shocked me, no no no not the price, though it was on higher side but I don't have any complaint about this. . I have complain about term and condition written in the bill.. No. 1 "Exchange within 3 days" Which is against the law. Our law provides exchange period "15 days"... No. 2 " No cash refund in any condition which is also against the law. .. This is absolutely rubbish and is not at all expected from such a high standard shop. 😡😡

Costly and charged more for a product. Also the labour charges are high.

Good place to buy a wide range of blankets, dohar, and bedsheets at affordable rates. (Rs 600 upwards)

In the times of covid19, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they now also sell disposable white cotton bedsheets of decent quality that can be used for train journeys. (Rs 180)

Good and qualitative shop in Rourkela.But I booked for installing a modular Kuchina kitchen since 4months back.Till now this work is pending with incomplete stage.Very poor response regarding this work and I paid near about 70 percent of estimated value.

After sales service is very bad.
Had horrible experience with services especially GODREJ INTERIO products and services. Installation guys are not genuine. There are no reason to waste money for branded products there rather buyin online.

After sales service is worst. I would never buy any furniture from them.

I have purchased furniture from ghar sansar mart on 4th july 2021 and it was delivered at my quarter on next day I.e. 5th July 2021.Delivery boy has entered all the furniture inside my house except three seater sofa as it was not entered from front gate and all of them returned back by assuring that next day again they will come and entered from back door,but next day not come even after passing of three days. I have informed same to contact nos. which is mentioned at invoice,but no response has come. At present this sofa is still laying at outside of main door.

Had a good experience shopping here. They have a variety of furnitures to choose from. Delivery was quick and installation was completed on same day.
