Worst product. They are running the shop in partnership. They fight with each other in front of customers. They will also not provide the service. Cheap quality products. If you will go to shop. They will tell you that they sell every thing in teak wood but in actual they mix the local wood with teak wood. Very worst thing is that they don't provide you the service. They send the damaged dressing table at my house and even they are not repairing it.
Don't buy any thing from this shop.

One of the worst store room in jkroad.the owner behaviour is rough..don't know how to talk with customer. The problem is here there is no competitors so monopoly attitude. 10 yrs ago I saw this small showroom now expanded a lot so attitude issue...

The WORST FURNITURE SHOWROOM IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would have rated 0 or negative stars to this showroom if it would have been possible. We had bought a cupboard and a bed from here and after a few months, some defects arose in them and we contacted the showroom's manager for service in late 2020 around November/December and it has been almost 2 years of me and my mother going to the showroom and and talking politely to the manager requesting him to look into our issue and provide us service and we haven't received proper service till now. Yes 2 YEARS!! The manager aka Rabindra Behera is the most irresponsible and careless person ever. He talks sweetly in general but never does his work. After getting irritated, when we said why hasn't he provided us service, he didn't respond properly and tried to avoid us. He only knows how to sell stuff but takes no responsibility to provide service. Lastly, I had to talk to a senior staff member and elaborate him the issue and request him to talk to Rabindra Behera and look into our issue. After that a service person came today after almost two years to resolve our issue. Therefore, I urge the godrej interio management to ask rabindra behera to do all his duties deligently or else change the management of the showroom because I am not the only one who is the victim of negligence by Raj Furniture. Other people have also provided negative review of Raj Furniture and specifically Rabindra Behera. And also, I will request all the customers who are looking to buy furniture, who ever comes across this review, please consider other showrooms before Raj Furniture because here the product quality is not upto the mark, just manageable (acc. to our experience) and the customer service is the worst. Incase you have a defect, good luck getting service because you will never get any service because their tomorrow never comes.

Also, if anyone wants to buy Godrej products and doesn't want to face any issues in terms of service, please prefer any other showroom instead of this showroom.

Once again I repeat. Showroom with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered a table, got it delivered after 20 days of order and that too a damaged one....
Behavior of the staffs are also not good...

Worst customer service. The store manager only knows how to sell stuff but doesn't care about the customers at all after that. If you're looking for local products, not Godrej products, please don't buy from them.

FRAUDS | DO NOT BUY

These people are incompetent sellers and pathetic frauds selling refurbished items as new. I had bought a chair and a desk from them less than 8 months ago. Both of them are broken and the management is throwing around bunch of nonsense instead of fixing it.

One of the worst furniture shop in jajpur road.Purchased Double bed,dressing table,alimrah from this shop.During transportation bed and dressing table got damaged.Several follow up are made in last 6month to them for repairing but not a single person from Rajfurniture responded positively.Everytime they will give you false promises & will keep replying ("kl bejta hu sir....but there Kal never comes)..

After delivery they will like achaa aapne yha se liyaa tha....They don't know how to treat customers,how to provide after sell service.
Don't buy from them.
