Studio Pepperfry

Pepperfry has absolutely terrible items on sale. Breaks off in a day or two after delivery. Not the mistake of the store. The quality of the furniture is such that it cannot withstand anything. Spend your money in better quality items. Do not purchase anything from pepperfry.

I was despritly looking for tilltable shoe rack and somehow I came in contact with Mr Ejaz Mulla in studio Peperfry Mumbai. He immediately understood my requirement and what's app me few pictures i short listed one, he gave me good suggestion and better discount in no time i placed order , he ensured the consignment reach me in time and further ensured timely assembly by constant laisoning is really Appreciated.

The professional know how and etticates and conduct of your executive is beyond appriciation

1 star because there is no option for giving zero stars.
I order dining table which I recieved in damaged conditions with poor finishing and the product was not as per the required finishing.

I placed return/cancel request for this product and inspection was carried out for the same. Post that it's been 3 weeks but no update from Pepperfry.

I tried contacting them on Chat, Email, Contact center they said it been assigned to some case manager who will contact you but nothing happened for 3 weeks no calls back and infact used to recive false updates on email that case manager tried calling but I was not contactbale which was never the case. Worst customer service experience till date that I have received.

Post this review I am sure they will reply asking me to share my details or they might try to contact me, however to inform Pepperfry that I have already filed a consumer court case. So, see you in court soon!

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The sofa we picked up is indeed very comfortable and the variety on display at the store gives a good idea of the different types of furniture sold by Pepperfry.
I haven't given 5 stars because while we were guided well in the choice of an office chair we chose, post delivery it took more than a couple of calls and mails to get the after sales staff to attend to an issue with it.

I visited the Urban Ladder Bandra West store for a sofa cum bed purchase. On exhibit there are a few limited units however I must appreciate the sales executive Mr. Atul there who patiently and carefully explained and guided us through the entire time of over an hour. A must visit place for good sales and support. Recommended surely!
