I purchased my entire houses furniture from pepperfry. Both the mattresses with 10 years of warranty were very bad. Nobody helped even after multiple calls and mails. Both the sofas are broken. I am calling and mailing for over a month now. And last week the manager is saying the warranty has expired. 1 entire month nobody helped and after the warranty date is over they are using this excuse. Worst quality and fraud customer service. 0 stars

The in-store experience of products is a must for everyone. The staff are helpful and very co-operative.. have purchased a lot of stuff for the online store .. eventually with the help of the staff.. Vasant Naik and I forgot the name of the other staff both are helpful.

Great experience center, before visiting I already finalised my products, just went to see if I can get any extra discount from store but, Pem really helped me to understand the material used in the products also consulted me for product as per my requirement also helped me to utilise Cash backs. Overall satisfied experience.

The showroom Manager Mr. Vasant was very polite and gave us full information about the Mattress. Could not even thought of checking other brands . We have immediately placed tge order since we were fully convinced with the product which he has explained and sold to us
