Studio Pepperfry

Didn’t have much of a variety. Had some great interior “model homes” but they didn’t have many stand alone pieces. Great products but should have a little more variety. The service was 4/5 could be better.

Increasing my rating because of the good service by the carpenter. Deducting 2 stars for the quality of the products

Awful experience at Pepper Fry. Bought a bookshelf that looks very different from what it does in pictures on their website. After it was assembled by their carpenters, I saw it for the first time and was shocked at the poor quality product with the doors not closing properly, the back panel not aligned and the edges of the doors frayed. I've initiated a return process which the company will not accept and is hellbent on palming off a substandard product. I got a call from their customer service person informing me that customer dissatisfaction is not sufficient for returning the product. I should have read the bad reviews the company has been given many other people. If they do not take the product back, I will logde a case at the consumer court. I'm having similar experiences with other local furniture companies, and in future never buy from them.

Spread over two floors this furniture shop has an exhaustive range of different that can be pre-ordered for delivery to most parts of India. Staff is polite and helpful and service is very prompt. Parking near the shop is an impossibility.

Moreover it is good but if you are going for a wardrobe so I suggest you don't visit any of the studios as they do not have options for the wardrobe.
They will suggest you to choose from their website and then it will deliver it to your house.
They do have a piece of material which the wardrobe will be made up of.

Chairs, beds, table, dressing table.
I visited an andheri outlet and didn't find wardrobe options..
They only have 2-3 options and they were made.up of sheesham.

Located near Juhu Circle, has a prominent board.Has two levels with the upper level showcasing sofa sets and the lower level sort of recreating a bedroom and living room.A good selection on display, but most of their catalog is online.

I recently purchased a coffee table and couch from the pepperfry store. The customer service especially MANSI KOLI was very helpful and she really went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and I am so pleased with the quality of the products. It was worth every penny! They had a great selection of furniture, with something for everyone. I would highly recommend Pepperfry to anyone looking for quality furniture at an affordable price - five stars!
