I have hosted an event here before the staff is really good

Such a poor quality sofa set was sent.
Torn from the edges. No finishing. A white cloth is hanging from beneath.
And pathetic callous and irresponsible behaviour from the vendor and customer care , who completely deny any responsibility and say its due to wear n tear.
Horrible quality with no value for money.
No help from pepperfry's side.
Do not waste your money here!!

I have purchased a sofa set. It is of such poor quality and poor workmanship. It is torn from the corners.A white cloth is hanging from underneath instead of their fabric.
And such pathetic and irresponsible response from their vendor , who denies any responsibility. No help is provided from the customer care or vendor.
Complete waste of money.It is like buying road side quality from a supposed branded store.

The staff is supportive and guides throughout the process of selecting and buying the furniture required.
The pain is delivery. I placed the order on 2 Oct of 3+2 seater sofa, also, I had asked for both the sofas to be delivered on the same day, yet only 1 sofa is delivered, the delivery status of 2 sofa is yet not known. Called the cs team, sent email to them, they do reply showing empathy but no one confirms exact date when the delivery will be done. No one has a courtesy to callback and inform the status.

Chetna is a sales person and makes sure you get the product on time and provide good service and support

Amazing studio to check good collection of furniture. Staff here is very helpful & has immense knowledge about their products.
Must visit.

They delivered broken furniture to us. And when we recached out to them to resolve it we had such a pathetic customer care/grievance resolution experience. Don't trust this store. Regret buying from them.

Had a wonderful experience. I just came into Mumbai and was in a rush to at least get work desks and chair set up at my home. I was surprised to see that pepperfry has their own studio here. A tip: going there and taking a look at the furniture or even just taking to the representatives about the online helps a lot! At home I would have been so confused about the options. But once in store and I started looking and discussing, I was able to decide what to buy! Particularly take help from Promoy Kundu who is a sales rep there. He explained so well about the different options, ended up placing the online order. Removing one star because I got one of the tables delivered today and not so happy with the package.
