We had very bad experience, they didn't deliver product on give date and they didn't informed us at all . As client we following the things and every time they have same ans " we don't have any updates on u r product will update u once we have". Till date we r just waiting for update and our product.
We had trust on Ekbote furniture brand and we are not expecting such thing from brand like u.

Irresponsible company. No delivery has been taken in time .Also te take 50 percentage amount at time of booking .But product delivery is not in time still 3 months counting . Product quality is not also satisfactory. They didn't call for arrival of product. No complain has taken in shop . Even shop owners said contact online get short out your problems with main branch .Also transport to home is also available still it is also with different payment.
I thought company and its service is not treatable. Please do not purchase the product here 🙏🙏 Arrogant shop members.

We have booked a TV unit and a study table with 3 chairs two and half month ago .It is high time that we have any communication with the store , They did not inform or call us regarding our order . This is not expected for a brand like yours , We have made advance payment of the goods , still such a bad treatment and bad response from you , We expect a reply to the mail at the earliest or we would like to cancel the order and hence forth we shall not recommend your name to any one as we are fully disappointed.
