I had a very bad time with delivery. The sales person told me that the sofa will be delivered in 15 days but the product was actually delivered in 60 days. The staff has very poor communication with the workshop staff. Even after more than 100 calls they were unable to give me the exact delivery date. The quality of sofa that I bought is average. There are very few quality issues (see picture) that I guess should not be present for sofa that costs so much.
Overall the service is poor will definately increase bloodpressure. Product is okish.

Also you can see that most of the local guides have given this store less rating and most of the 5 stars have no reviews. This is something to think about.

One of the best furniture in terms of quality and design available in market . Also the sales person varsha gave us the best service and discount. I would definitely recommend to alteast give a visit once

We visited JJ wood at Panvel.we wanted to purchase sofa set, dining table, teapoy. Mrs. Ankita attended us. She is a very kind person. She explained about each and every item in such a way that everyone can impress. Even the quality of each item is superb. And finally we purchased thise items. And we got affordable discount. Thank you Mrs.Ankita for your support. We would like to visit again. In absence of Ankita, Nirali Shah guided us. She is also a very kind and supportive person.

I bought a sofa from here during Diwali. We were approached by Ms Rumisha who guided us really well. The owner was considerate to have our sofa replaced as the first one we bought did not fit in our living room.

While sofa experience was good, the cupboard service was horrible. The delivery people broke a chip out of backside of cupboard and it had visible scratches on the front. They were non-cooperative and calling it a minor issue. Also the assembling was being done in a haste and was improper.

I request people to check their furniture after it is delivered and a kind request to JJ woods to ensure furniture is delivered without the hassle and damage.

I have already purchased furnitures from J J Wood Panvel. My experience in the shop was amazing. All staff members are very cooperative especially I liked the sales executive Mrs. Pranali Kadam. She deserves 5 stars rating because of her hard work and dedication. I would like to visit there again.
