Now received damaged

Pathetic experience at the store. No customer service, no follow up on products delivered or not. We bought items for almost more than 80000 and received 2 damaged items, did not receive 1 product even after a mont of wait. 1 item wrongly delivered to some other location. Such pathetic and disgusting services. Store manager Gunju Yadav is not concerned on resolving anything. She will only direct to customer service. We have to waste all our time on following up with the automated service. They will also not provide any resolution. If I had bought stuff from IKEA I would have bought double the quantity at this price with better products and better service. Pepperfry delivers damaged products. Beware before you buy from them.

I purchased a bed and a mattress from this place. While the order could have been placed online, I needed some clarity on the delivery time since I was travelling and needed a later delivery. The staff at this studio helped me tremendously and were very concise and specific about the schedule. I received the bed today, although it's a little dusty, it is nothing a quick wipe can't solve. I appreciate the service provided by this specific studio and the staff.😌
