I purchased a gaming chair last month for Rs.17,0000 and found it defective as the seat and wheels were jammed and also the paint was peeling off. I registered a complaint asking for the refund but instead was told a technician will be sent for inspection. The technician inspected it and found no problem and told me to use the chair often for smooth function, but I still faced the same problem. Barely a month has passed and now a big crack has developed on one of its wheel, i registered another complain for the return and refund of the chair with photos and videos I was again told that a technician will be sent for inspection. Though its mentioned in their return and refund policy they are not bothered to take the chair back and provide refund being a defective product. They didn't even have the chair on display at their showroom for trial. Pepperfry has the worst refund/return policy and the service will not recommend it to anyone. I will take this to the consumer court if refund is not provided.

The studio is well maintained and has a nice collection of furniture. The staff shows you more options on a TV,while helping you with any queries.They even keep a measuring tape with them if you have to know exactly how the dimensions of the furniture will be. Variety of options,good discounts and an Amazing Customer service.Overall,a great furniture shop.

Memorable experience at Pepperfry Lower parel, store manager is very helpful, patient and customer oriented. Elucidated minute product details to us and even overstayed beyond his work hours to complete our order. A definite recommendation to visit the studio if you are gonna buy any stuff into furniture.

One of the best stores from Pepperfry with a good variation of furnitures to try from. Thanks to Mr. Mufeed present there for guiding us on various aspects right from foam density to wood material and getting us the best offer. He went an extra mile to assist us on call even when it was his day off.

Pepperfry Lower parel studio is a medium size store but has an excellent range of products, though this is a smaller format, it spans 2 floors and is larger than it's competitors! Overall amazing experience at this studio

Had a great experience shopping at the pepperfry studio at Lower Parel. Mufeed Patel was extremely helpful not only in making us choose the right sofa set but also in the post delivery installation process.

Selecting and buying furniture at the shop was awesome experience, but delivery guys keep calling 20 times a day for confirmation of , address, ur availability, and other details. That became a harassment as we had 4 deliveries and every time 20 calls.
