Though I had not visited personally the shop, but the help and suggestion that I got was really overwhelming. The staff guided me and helped me in making my online purchase which has really changed my perception about furniture purchase from pepperfry. Only after seeing his approach, I could go ahead with three more purchases from the shop. Please keep up with the same gesture and warmth with customers.Thank You.

About store - pathetic service. Makes a fool of you; after all said and done, they make you come to store and then use customers login to place an order online ! Why would one want to go to store if I can do the same sitting at home.

Promised delivery on a date and rescheduled to a TBD without any heads up. No explanation. Wiered different reasons.

I would stay away.

The budget furniture like double bed here that is under Rs 25,000/- is of engineered wood, which is very low quality. 'Living concept' is a shop adjacent to this and they sell better and original wooden furnitures in that same price range, with better design options and hydraulics for box storages.

I purchased a wardrobe, queen bed with mattress and a dining table. The quality of the mattress that is priced at Rs.8000/- is very poor (see photos). There were some damages here and there on the furnitures as well. They have promised to replace, but not replaced or attanded till date. Mr. Vjay was the sales person and would give you standard replies only to the queries. They delivered on the promised date, but assembled it only on the next day.

I have ordered 6 products including coffee table and side table.. out of 6.. 2 products are not same as shown in the picture.. Return and Refund not available.. how can uou guys deny if the customer is not satisfied with your product?? Pathetic customer service and worst experience.. please don't buy online..

1) Good quality of modular furniture in reasonable price . They offer also all services at home but only thing is you have to purchase furniture what they offer we don't get furniture as per our choice. They have to modify only thing rest quality is great. Finishing also fine

BEHAVING like LOCAL VENDOR . Pathetic after sales service. My recliner is broken & it was under warranty . so far they have not responded and waiting for the warranty to get over. Moreover from Kharghar Branch I get a response that we are here only to sell our job is not to provide any help for any other support. NAAM BADE DARSHAN CHOTE
