Wooden furniture showroom. Furniture is good but delivery takes minimum 15-20 days after receiving order.

Great place! Good quality furniture available at a decent price. Furniture is sold in separate units and as a set as well which enables the customer to customize their furniture according to their needs. Display is also quite good, divided into small room like areas with relevant furniture.

Extremely unprofessional communication from the showroom and zero commitment to delivery dates. I booked a bed and wardrobe in December 2020 and was assured we would get it by mid-feb. One month later, Ekbote’s delivery truck is still stuck on the road. I have been given new ‘definite’ delivery dates five times now. Showroom staff has been trained to sympathise with customers, but they are clueless about simple follow-up communication.

The furniture was the right fit for our venue, excellent quality, sturdy and durable. The customer service was exceptional in all aspects, especially when helping to decide on the correct furniture and specific measurements for the unique spaces within a brand new venue. Excellent service from beginning to end.

Good quality, but very poor delivery commitment. Furniture ordered on 1 November 2020 still not delivered. It's almost two months now.

Quality is good but delivery commitment is very poor.. I have booked sofa set on 2nd Nov but till 8th Dec it was not delivered. No proper feedback from staff members of Nasik shop..

Furniture is v good,stylish as well sa classy.
But no of attendant which shop has appointed is less.
Needs to increase it as customers questions are not satisfied.
