Great place. Nice atmosphere and is well maintained. But the low rates is because the staffs are not that friendly. And not very much interested in selling or interacting with customers. The poster is almost gonna fly out. I appreciate how they arrenged their products.

Purchased a single seater rocking recliner, service ar store was good, salesman was knowledgeable and was not very pushy, when I mentioned I had visited Damro outlet before coming to Royal Oak, he never tried to bad mouth Damro. Pric es are fixed. Delivery was very professional, I suspected that the 1st price brought had a defect with the foot rest, after checking they took it back and within an hour brought 2 pieces to my home to show it wasn't not a defect and foot rest on rocking recliners are set this way. Appreciate there patience and willingness to convince the customer.
