I recently purchased a couch from Louis Furniture and I have been extremely disappointed with my experience. The couch arrived damaged and the customer service team was unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue. They were unwilling to offer a replacement or even a refund, and I ended up having to pay for repairs out of my own pocket. I would not recommend shopping at Louis Furniture due to their poor quality products and terrible customer service.
