I'm fully satisfied with the project. The team work, promptness and precision were commendable. A special word of appreciation to Unni. Right from the designing to the completion of the project he was fully involved and put in his maximum effort. I thank Mr. Rajeev for his whole hearted support and guidance.

Elegant and stylish kitchen. Suitable for people who wants to have a decent kitchen without too much extravagance. The look and style of Godrej kitchen have great longevity. An uncompromising quality. A piece of pride. A significant and endearing factor was the people behind the setting up. Unnikrishnan and Premlal took every care to make the entire job effortless.

Staff available there are not equipped with sufficient information about the products displayed. A reputed company like Godrej should have well informed staff and should display all the fast running items in their home furniture showroom.

This is my 2nd visit to this store (across 2 years) & nothing has changed. Take Kitchens for example. While they have some good portfolio pieces, the standard response is - "this is old model - not relevant anymore". This for 3 of the 5 displayed sets. Come on folks. Get your act together.

Ok, we did visit on a weekend but the store was open. If you are open for business, you got to be responsive. Have people around who understand what are your offerings, whats the price point and what are the features.

One of the best furnitures and interior shop in ernakulam. Lots of varieties of coats and dinnings are available. All in premium quality and offers available.

I am a Godrej kitchen customer and pathethic experience so far. No quality in their products and extremely poor after sales experience. Once they get the money they do not even care about customers. No professionalism in handling customers. They dnt respond to your queries and complaints. They says their products resistance aganist water, oil and rust but nothing in real life and huge cost for replacents.. they sell it with 10 years guarantee but actually we get nothing more than an year. I dnt recommend godrej kitchen to anyone. My matter was escalated to the regional leads and nsh.interio and never got any proper response and just ignorance to customer

These guys are not professional. Never bothered to replace damaged lights which were delivered, in spite of repeated reminders and calls. Told me that damaged lights are no more in production !! When the Philips regional manager was contacted, he said those lights are available. Waiting for more than a year now to get a replacement or refund .
How is it ?
Not at all recommended, if you value your hard earned money :(
