The prices are high, but the quality doesn't quite match that price. We bought a coffee table with a glass top, which got delivered with a defective top. Called them up and asked to get the top changed, which they rightfully did, but with another defective top. Overall the quality seems decent and the other products might not have defects similar to this, but when you're buying something at a premium, you do expect the quality to match it, which in our case didn't. :(

Recently purchased all furniture for my home and the experience was a charm. The staff is good ( including security ). They delivered timely. There were minor scratches with one or two items and they agreed to replace those. It's a big shop and u will find mostly all categories of furniture ( both budget and premium ). They were willing to customise the furniture for our needs and surprisingly at a very short duration. Overall I had a pleasant experience. ( In fact I visited 6-7 shops at kochi prior to visiting there and I settled with them )

I wanted to buy a custom made table for arranging a workstation setup at home. Initially they agreed to build a custom one for me and gave me an approx estimation between 5000-9000 rupees. Today [July 7, 2020] I got a call from them that it is not possible. Seems like these people care only if they have a huge profit margin and are quite irresponsible. They could have denied in the first place that customization is not possible and I could have opted for other options.

Beautiful place with amazing collections in all budgets

Had a very bad experience, bought all household furniture for my new house and all the furniture had 25 years warranty. Already dinning table have cracks and they took for repair works and even after a month no feedback and they don't answer calls. Also all my sofa fabrics already damaged, as per them it is due to mishandling!!! the color change due to mishandling not logically explains the reason however I don't feel like dealing with them anymore just waiting to get my dinning table back. Please be aware dealing with this company, they only promise good materials but not delivered. Zero star & not at all recommended

Such a wide range of furnitures all in one mall..

Recently bought a cot (starting from cheap wood to teakwood and mahogany )and some mattresses from this place. Good selection and very knowledgeable staff. They gave some reduction from the ‘labeled’ price. Most of the furniture is made by them and customization is possible. It’s better to check the prices in other places and online so that you can bargain with them. I found good collection of chairs, dining table and good quality sofas. The showroom is spread over 3-4 floors. Definitely worth visiting, but don’t forget to bargain.

Really Bad experience..Ordered a customized computer table. They ask us to wait for the time till they deliver other product near by my location, other wise have to pay deliver charge. We paid the extra deliver charge then also the club the delivery with some other product and deliver it night after 12.
After taking the payment they deliver the products at their convenience. They will tell you that furniture is ready to get the payment but once it's done, u will have to keep calling for delivery

We customized the table with prescribed size the product delivered totally not in our demanded size and not even responding properly after collecting all the balance amount prior. Such a pathetic service. In my personal experience please don't buy customized products from here. If it is readily available go for it.
