We have been the satisfied customer of LOOKING GOOD Furniture group since 2000.on our shifting to Mysore and learning that the group has an outlet in the city, We ordered for a wall mountable writing table. Due to COVID19, our delivery line got extended. Today (08-98-20), the product delivered and Installed. The engineered wood product is fine and serves the purpose. Madam Mala the executive of the outlet, is very courteous, polite and prompt in adhering to the given time line.
The staff who came for delivery and installation too were very friendly.
The outlet has every thing in furniture for our home needs.
True it's name, outlet's range products not only just look good, genuine too as we have experienced

The worst furniture showroom ever visited by me. They charge you more for the furnitures that are not worth of its price tag.
I purchased corner sofa set from them and at the showroom it was good to look at and even to sit on it, it was comfortable but after using it for 3 to 4 months the cushions started shrinking low and it lost its softness and the cloth material started to loose its threads one by one.
Never ever buy from them, they loot you in the name of repair and bill you 70% of your sofa amount.
And worst service too!

Had faced a really tough time in finding the right table and chair for my office work. Looking Good Furniture had the right thing that I was looking for - ergonomic, durable and rightly weighed. I finally got the right package of the furniture that I was looking for. Their well justified pricing, fast delivery and polite staff is definitely an icing on the cake.

After few days of recieving the sofa we found out torn facric at the corners and broken wood, even after calling 10 to 15 times and visiting their shop the issue never got resolved. Devlivering a faulty sofa and not responding to customer calls afterwards. Overall experience was pathetic and frustrating.

The new sofa received by me were very dirty at the sides and I informed the same to the shop. The reply i got was to clean it myself with a vacumn cleaner or brush. The customer service is very laid back and pathetic. Its really annoying when someone replies like this after paying so much. Please do not buy here.
