Place is really nice and well designed but only a limited selection of products there literally makes no sense for one to visit to explore and shop. Better to see Home Town or buy online through pepperfry itself

Its a total fraud company, after sale service is a big headache, and its a shock to know after buying most of the products are faulty. pathetic response from pepperfry. they are there to rob people of their hard earned money. better to buy from local furniture shops after verifying the quality. online furniture buying from pepperfry totally not recommended. had a very painful experience with them.

The products of pepperfry are not worth it, the wood quality is so bad, the color fades off the corners are coming out in not even less than 6 months of use, it is just pathetic, my study table broke, please do not shop from pepperfry it is waste of money, I would have given negative rating if it was possible.

Absolutely pathetic customer service (both from studio and pepperfry) ....better to buy from hometown which is just besides it. Atleast they care for your solution. After waiting for over a month, I cancelled my order and now even after 7 days I am still waiting for my cancellation/refund to be processed.

They will not deliver my product, no cancel my order ...bloody thieves.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE - WORST EXPERIENCE!
After a week of following up about the wrong item being delivered and calling them 5 to 6 times - Mr Rohit asked me if the complaint has been raised. There is a serious lack of professionalism from his end and he also spoke quite rudely over the call. He doesn't know how to speak to customers
Now also, instead of helping me solve this, he has stopped responding to my calls.

Absolutely pathetic product and even terrible customer service. Rude Carpenters and even obstinate customer service executives. Never buy from pepperfry, better to pay 100% premium and buy from brands directly.
