Wooden Street - Furniture Store in Gurgaon

My bed that got delivered 2 months ago is falling apart.

The worse part is I have been coordinating with Anurag from your Gurgaon, sohna road branch. When we ordered the furniture, he was very prompt. After delivery he messaged me 2-3 times to write a good review. The moment I told him about the program (with screenshots of the bed falling apart) he vanished. Not one reply over the last month. Asked him to connect with the manager and nothing.

Talks volumes about customer service. I was really happy earlier and suggested your store to a few people too. I am really upset... both with the quality I have received and the utter lack of customer service displayed by your employee.

Well giving them rating of 1 is on the higher side.
They are not at all customer friendly company. I have placed an order of console table which they have to deliver in 5 weeks but just 3 days after the order due to some unavoidable circumstances I have to request them for cancelling my order. They took 10 days to respond that the production has started now and can't be cancelled even when I offered them to deduce some cancellation charges. obviously if you will take 10 days to respond the production would start.
I have dealt with lot of furniture manufacturers these days and found them so customer friendly and they are the ones who deserve to be appreciated with 5 star ratings..stores like this just believe in making short term gains by making the most of it from one customer who gets trapped.

Poor customer service. After collecting full advance payment, no respect for delivery schedule. We kept following up with no clear response from them. Completely avoidable.
Even though you promised rescheduled delivery on 16th, it was received on 20th. Door was to be fixed today before noon time, and no one has come yet. Proposed discount has not been offered and none of you bother to take calls.
You continue to disappoint in post delivery services! Most pathetic brand of furniture bought in last 3 months! They are most unapologetic creatures!

First of all you will have to wait at least 8 weeks to get your product delivered. I had ordered a bathroom cabinet for 12k, images for which on their website clearly show shelves where you can put basic bathroom items like toothbrush etc but thats not the case with the product.

Their customer service on contact has only one answer that as per their product team there CAN BE such change in dimension and they cant help in either refund or replacing the product.

Also a word of caution the review on their website are fake so do not refer to them.

They are cheats. After you give them money, they do not even take your calls. No delivery done. It's been over 2 months. This is how they have been treating other customers too. Best to pick from pepperfry or homestop types. Wooden street customer care are happily taking calls of new customers but not of the ones who have already purchased. Do not fall for this website. They are frauds.. Event the ratings or reviews seem made up.

My order ID is 110802.I have call recordings and photographs to prove that the company is fraud.They tell so many lies and they deny you refund.I am forced to take legal action.We have paid 1.35 lacs rupees and we want our refund.They have delivered us defective product twice and we dont trust them anymore.We returned the products and we want our refund because the third time they did not deliver the product within the revised timelines.A random guy called us at 7:16 pm posing as driver stating he is 2 kms within range of our house.I asked him to provide his location the location of the guy was 26kms away.I have proofs and call recordings to support case.Also the photographs of the damaged product.Its better to buy from GoZefo than to buy from Woodenstreet. Also the product reviews are fake.
We have not recieved the refund till now as claimed in the below reply.

!!!FRAUD ALERT!!!

Very disappointed and feel very taken advantage of. Brought the Hawkins computer table, we were told that the delivery would be done within 15 days of order date even during this quarantine period. After infinite number of calls and follow ups from my side they finally delivered it after good 3 months and that too defective for which the images are posted.
Upon question I was shocked when they said that there is no refund policy and replacement would take another 2-3 months better go with an option of repair. The only option left was to take the product in its defective condition.
Definitely we not going here again and suggest others to refrain from ordering anything. Fraud Alert!! Stay away! No professionalism there

Horrible experience! Do not buy from Wooden Street!! My white chaise sofa is leaking yellow coloured fluid becoming patchy in places. It’s not even been one week since a one month late delivery and already showing true colours of quality. They said there were floods and that’s why it got delayed, so clearly this chaise was wet from inside when it was delivered and now that we sat on it, it’s leaking disgusting fluids. Refund my money immediately or replace the product. Order no. 93031, Gurugram.

they don’t give priority to aggrieve customers and I will not be changing my review unless this is fixed and a written apology issued.
