Shri Ram Furniture House

Very bad experience. Order was to be delivered in 3 days, had to cancel after 2 weeks of non delivery. No response.

I placed an order for a mirror on 13th Nov 2022. He promised that it will be delivered on the 14th. The mirror has not been delivered to me yet & the Mr. Abhishek Chawla, owner of the furniture house has no business ethics to communicate the reason for the delay or pick up the phone. I have been trying to call him, WhatsApp him but there is no revert from this end. It is the worst furniture purchasing experience of my life.

My wife place a order at this shop which hasn't been delivered & the owner is not taking our calls. Absolutely pathetic business ethics

Very bad experience. Unprofessional behaviour and after 7 days, no delivery of my order yet.

Store people are not at all trustworthy. They hardly respect their customer. Please avoid buying from the store.

Fraud

Nice place (a bit crammed for space as expected for a furniture store) to get good looking furniture with latest designs - especially beds at reasonable prices. The shop houses mandatory home furniture like beds, sofa, etc. at very cost effective rates. I ended up buying the bed but didn't prefer the big bulky sofa pieces present at that point of time! No dinner tables in the house. Mr Chawla the owner and his son were fantastic to interact with! Must visit for bed seekers.

I buying two mattress with 3 year warranty but mattress are stifle in only 1 month very low quality i call shop owner many time but he did not better response not changed bad in warranty....cheap service
