Taluja Furniture(Godrej Interio )

As what i have seen, it's a very huge store, they have lot of variety that can be seen form outside, from beds to sofas, furniture bed mattress almirahs and anything related to furniture you can find here. I am not sure about the service and behaviour of people there as i didn't bought anything from this place yet

Products r good, service wise very bad, they dnt entrain after buy, if their products r defective, forget warranty etc at their place. Dnt make full payment before delivery, pay after delivery. They listen but dnt solve problem nor deny.

Worst experience ever. I am from Panipat Refinery, Production Manager. I ordered a TV cabinet worth 40000 and i paid advance of 5000 on 15th Oct 2022, and got promised to get delivery of same by 22nd Oct 2022. I called 19th about status three times, 20th, 21th, 22nd almost 14 times in total about the status but every time they promise to call back and give info, but they never called. Even every times when i called them they said for what i am calling for, so don't bother for customer queries it seems. Perplexed by their responses i cancelled the order and asked to return back the money i paid. which they did. #Poorcustomer service.

Worst service ever. I purchased sofa set which costed 24000 and it is so third class quality there’s no foam or fibre in the back.. sirf wood pe kapda laga ke de dia.. itne calls karne ke bad bhi koi respose ni dete..

Update:- they changed the whole sofa with new one

The service is very bad.
I have called them to look into my sofa but from past 20 days they keep on saying "will come to check today ." Don't know when therr today will arrive.
Worst experience as daily needs to follow up with the guy but there is no action yet.
