No one comes for showing something even if I have had a doubt
I recommend not to go to such a place
I wanted a office chair.
First off all no one came to guide us
Second the chairs looked really old
We are paying a big amount for the chair
I hope they atleast make their customer service better

Very poor experience with the Hometown Ahmedabad. Sales team over commit on delivery dates. I had to chase 10+ times to check on the status, call center have no idea on status. That's when I had paid 100% upfront. I had to make too much noise to get their attention. Also, one of chairs (~13K) was broken during the delivery, and then the equivalent replacement wasn't made available, I accepted the cheaper in a hope to get the refund, but then I was told that 1500 can be adjusted in next purchase. I didn't have time to do another purchase where they had lost my trust. Quality of furniture is no where close to what is claimed. I wont buy again, nor recommend hometown.

Was shopping yesterday at your thaltej store i asked the lady staff abt toilet she rudely said here only staff toilet go to pvr for toilets this the way to treat rudely your customers for toilets which is basic necessity for a store like you plz request to make your staff especially ladies staff to be little polite with customers and also provide toilets in ur store

Very huge place that showcases almost all furniture products like Sofa, double bed, recliner sofa, dining table, crockry items and a lot of things to decorate your home.

This place is very nicely decorated, you can visualise how your bedroom will look before buying double bed, almirah, sofa sets...

Products price is very high, even after discount of 50-60%, it seems to us that discount labels are just gimmick to allure customers.

Please check furniture product thoroughly before buying it.

Hey Home Town, what amazing experience guys, had fun shopping, bought items worth 2.75Lacs and got 4 amazing Recliner seats for free each worth 50k and in the desired fabric options that they had, Parul Rawal was with me from picking up the first show piece till the last one, she was so kind & helpful and the rest of the staff also made it super quick for me & made my shopping experience super fun, they went running around for my stuff for almost 3 hours.
