Furniture Mall - Sofawala

we had purchased sofa 2-yrs back.while purchasing salesman said..it will have life of 10 to 15 yrs...but after 18 months sofa cushion lost elasticity...started sinking all through.
initialy when asked them to repair...no reply for 2 months.
than was asked to bring sofa by own expense at factory....
the quality of material used is very poor.
it is not money`s worth.
