Pathetic customer service once they receive advance payment. Time commitment was 1month and it went to 3months. Poor quality material used in our sofa with really bad finishing. Owner of shop is not reachable for customer queries and staff doesn't bother to address queries. If you order customized product then you will get substandard product for what they committed. Don't get fool by lapis showroom infrastructure, its just to misguide you. Reality is poor in all area. The only wow factor is their higher price tag for all items.

Worst place to buy furniture. order given on March 2022, its 16th july today. still saying it will take 15 days. Basically their manufacturing facility is not in their control and looks like they are just outsourcing. May be thats the reason of such high price and no control on quality and delivery time line.

Really nice place to buy furniture they have huge collection for our farm house in kota rajasthan they delivered complet furniture which customised as per our choice we really happy to serviced . Delivered at our place in time .

My shopping experience was super awesome. I really like purchase because product sofa and designer chair collection was really good . In fact, it's conceivable that the desire to spend my money their sales service and after sales service also very impressed. They showed us their the factory tour for our sofa customise and then we decided to book the sofa with designer chair for our dream house. After booking also they send us photo of framing and had work also step by step photo revives from their sales staff .

The services provided by the officials was smooth and satisfactory. Products and goods delivered were up to satisfaction… and compared to market price.Purchased office chairs and sofa 5 years ago. Found them to be aesthetic and durable. Currently still using the same products. Now recently purchase the our new home sofa and dining table from them it was same service provided by them .

The staff talks very badly to woman and are very risky to do business with. They dont stick to their purchase amount. On visiting the store received 1 lac quotation of the sofa finalised, on lapis team visit to home for measurement got final quotation of 1 lac 30 thousand including gst and before making payment on confirmation of purchase amount the price went up to 1 lac 50. This amount is irrespective of sofa size, its an amount said as final by the staff member name Janak and Yogendra.The staff talks very rudely never seen before in ahmedabad such store.Staff member name Yogendra has audacity to say "mujhe aap se baat nahi karni" on asking him reason why inflating price again and again.
