I had purchased a double bed from Bharat Furniture as I got good reference from a friend. They have good variety of product. I waited for a week to get my product ready after paying advance amount. That's ok for me. But the product delivered to me has some defects on marble plate. They were promised home services earlier. I had reported the issue within an hour when delivered. It's been almost 2 weeks now everyday I call them, they say some guy will come to repair the issue, but no one come. I'm fedup calling them, now thinking to call a carpenter to fix the issue. The after sell experience is very bad. So I'll recomend others to verify their product first and then pay the amount.

Oops! They can send you wrong item and then they don't even change it and says it's the customer's mistake.
They are very rude and don't tackle grievances.
A big thumbs down to this shop.

Good place for low price of furniture but it is true that the furniture is only good as their price. But it's ok. So you can go for it if you want rough and tough furniture

Not at all recommended, i went here with a reference. And in result i paid even more amount wanting really good quality sofa, and i was cheated with the lowest quality of materials used. Please do not get your stuff from here. I am a genuine buyer.

Really poor experience, rude staff, sends wrong products and doesn’t take responsibility of the same. Quality of the products low, customer dealing is really very poor.

Worst furniture shop in all over the world. The sold scrap marble in the price of original even it is not marble it is just cement with a coated film.

Pathetic experience buying a bed and a mattress from them. They hardly care about their customer, doesn’t respond timely and it’s such a horrible experience. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL !!

Bought a Sofa set from them. Quality of the Sofa is good but they provide pathetic customer service. They took very much time for the fitment of their sofa.
