I am absolutely in love with the sofa I got. They made it exactly like the way I wanted it . The delivery, packaging and communication was absolutely brilliant. Would 100% recommend getting furniture.

Good range with reasonable prices. Excellent customer service even after purchase. Tried mostly every showroom, but they are really exceptional with their designs and prices.

Its been almost 10yrs we have been buying furniture for iDOM/ SHIVA Enterprise. We were never let down by the quality and the pricing. The finish is superb and the material used is of high quality. Hemant ji and Karan have been very helpful for understandings and ensuring our needs are met. I would definately recommend them. They have vast variety of products at very competitive pricing. My recent purchase were Dining chairs and you can see the finish by urself (attached picture). Everyone in family loved it Specially its comfort.

We bought 3 beds from iDOM, the quality, look and design of all the beds is superb. Karan spent enough time with us to finalize the design, color and fabric as per theme of our house. His tips and suggestions are on point. He is a thorough professional and ensured delivery of the beds as per commited timeline. Beds were delivered with great packaging and were handled and placed by his staff with utmost care to ensure no damages to the bed and the house. As, v were looking for furniture for our new home & v almost looked over all places but found this showroom(I-DOM) with good quality of furniture at affordable price. All d guests & even my interior designer appreciated the quality of work done in Sofas, Beds, Centre tables, Puffies which v ordered.

Think 100 times before WASTING your time with them. They need 100% advance (INR35000) amount before delivery of furniture, without assuring product will reach safe to your place. Booked a bed on 4July2021 for an urgent wedding at home, providing token amount at store that to be delivered in next 3-4 days. Over booking it was communicated rest amount can be collected at time of delivery or can be made online as suitable to them. But suddenly on 6July2021, they needed all amount beforehand. And delivery will be done post receiving the amount. Seem like they don't have trust over their customers or product quality or logistics team, that they want to be at safer hand by getting all amount (INR35000) advance. Upon asking to drop a mail that there will be no product issues/ damages (if we give whole amount upfront), that too is not within their policies. For that they asked to pay 18% extra to get 1 year guarantee that was assured without any extra taxes at time of booking. Simply ridiculous that owner Mr.Karan flipped the whole things at last moment & is adamant over every middle solution. SIMPLY WASTAGE OF TIME WITH I-DOM!!

Loved their furniture, bought sofa set and dining table for our home and it’s gorgeous. Delivery and service was on point!
