Damro Furniture Raipur

The staff at this Damro furniture show room are so terrible and uncooperative. We recently shifted from Kolkata to Raipur and have been constantly asking them to assemble our furnitures we bought from another Damro showroom. It has been 15 days, and we have been calling them every single day and their response has been the same that apparently everyone is at Bilaspur where a new showroom is opening. It has been 15 days and they can't send even 1 guy to set up our furniture. The Damro furniture showroom of other places are very cooperative, but this one is so terrible, irresponsible and uncooperative. I am deeply disappointed and will consider at least a 100 times before even buying anything from here. Not at all customer friendly.

Show room is best. The personnel were very polite and helpful. The Technician who assembled the product has done an excellent job. Overall we are very satisfied.

Bad experience about manufacturing in king-size bed . I purchased a study table. But they delivered a different type of drawers.

Costumer service is good.material looks beautiful ..we have purchased first time from damro we hope it ll be in same condition I mean good in future also

Such a horrible staff and service. We booked a 3+1+1sofa by full payment on 29th of oct, they said they'll deliver it by 30th but after some time they said they'll deliver it by 1st nov, as 31st was a non working day ( sunday) i don't know if it is true because today they gave the lamest excuse of all time that "we won't be able to deliver your sofa today as our Business Manager is visiting and he'll be "seeing" our display pieces" when we repeatedly asked them to deliver it by today as it as mentioned in the bill and was agreed,then their store manager Mr Pandey accepted that all these excuses were untrue,but was unable to produce a single reason for not delivering the sofa.
Please don't pay any amount before delivery,they'll decieve you with the delivery dates and then return your money.
