Studio Pepperfry

Extremely poor & unprofessional service from Pepperfry team. Worst experience ever. I have ordered a bed on 13th April 2022, (order Id - 308024076) received a broken product on 7th May 2022. It was returned to warehouse on the same day. Verbally it was said that it will be replaced. Post that there was no communication about its status. On 9th May 2022 when inquired, they said the money will be refunded. Again it was mentioned verbally. Called customer care multiple times so that we can get a written communication. Today is 12th May 2022, almost a month from the ordered date, still there is no clarity about whats going on - no communication over email, no sms, no status. They hardly care its customer. The customer service in tollfree no is extremely nonsense.

The chair I'd bought broke into two pieces less than a year after I'd bought it. I contacted the Guwahati team the day before it broke (when there was just a crack), it's been over 3 weeks and there has been no response. The guy just keeps asking me to wait.

(Update): it's been two months and except for that "someone will be sent to fix the issue. Please cooperate with us" reply, nothing has been done. Guess everyone's just waiting for the warranty period to expire so that Pepperfry isn't reliable anymore.

Worst service provider!! First of all this store needs to hire some serious employees who take customer call and let customer know the status.
We were delivered a defective bed last week, parts will replaced that is also understandable but someone needs to inform this. When we call the store no one responds. Ultimately online customer care responded.

I have ordered a Wardrobe on 21st March 22 and it got delivered on 12th April 22.
Within a month the drawer broke and doors are not getting closed properly.
We tried to contact the Pepperfry person in GS Road, she has not responded to the complaints.

What rubbish customer service , while trying to book for a bed the workers from the stored used to call me twice a day after booking and payment the same worker who had given his number is not even responding the call , actually should be ashamed for such useless assistance and experience

No stock there in showroom, asked me check online. They bothered to show from their laptop. I can also see myself online. What use of then visit. To see and feel before buying. Poor customers enteric. Bought it from hometown guwahati....

I really love this place, they have the best of amazing furniture. They have a huge catalogue and they will help you select and choose the best quality from all. Their interior is what has peeked my various interests. ✨

I have always been skeptical about buying furniture online due to which I went to the Pepperfry Studio in Guwahati. The staff, especially Mr. Satya Chakraborty was extremely helpful. He helped me through the entire process of the purchase starting from the link to the transaction of the order. I had a smooth shopping experience.
