The service of the shop is not good. We ordered and booked furniture of around 2.5lacs with advance. They sold the booked furniture to some other customers and provided us with inferior quality items. Also in spite of ordering the items 6 months prior to the delivery date they did not keep it ready even before 3-4 days of delivery but demanded more payment. The person named Vikash Nath did not seem to attend the issues, instead demanded that we accept the newly prepared furniture (which do not match with the originals at all).

Poor quality products and service. Our firm ordered 16 chairs from them for one of our projects, within 5 months, 8 chairs broke into peices and rest 8 also won't last longer.

The amount they charged from us was extremely high compared to the quality of products they delivered.
