Ordered a study table which wasn't in stock. So, they said us that we will receive the order after a month. Just went after a month to ask about the table and they said I'll receive it after a week. Again, I went after a week to complain then a girl said I'll receive it after a week again . I submitted the advance money and now I just waiting. Never buying anything from godrej. Trusted this company but it isn't responsible at all .

Do not reply with"Dear Khagorika,
We are sorry that you feel this way. Request you to write to us at [email protected] to help us to serve you better." It's been more than 2months I haven't received my product yet. You people are so irresponsible🙂.
If you can,reply with a way I can contact the staff or anyone and do not reply with a SORRY!!!!

Best BUSINESS HOUSE WITH QUALITY PRODUCTS, GOOD AFTER SALES SERVICE.

Very limited furniture and the salesman are not that much interested in selling their products.

I purchased 2 products
a) Slimline 3 door door steel almirah-
b) 6 seater dining table

Products are showing problems
a) Cracks on the joining even after paid servicing of Rs. 2500+ conveyance cost which nullifies your guarantee of pest/cockroach free,
b) Rusting on the stainless steel post

It doesn't worth the cost fixed on it. Extremely dissatisfied. Its to remind you that brand name is not enough to present an image; but it should be worthy. It is doubtful whether Godrej has lost is quality standard or its outlets does it own. Service costing is also too high comparing the quality it gives.
I still attachéd to these products because it cost some HARD EARNED MONEY. Hope you have a plan to improve in your product quality and your service too.
