Not reliable at all. Delivered damaged products. When they were informed, they responded nicely but didn't replace the damaged products.

It has the worst customer service. I ordered a double bed which was provided broken at one end, 1 mirror which I am trying to get it delivered from the last 3 weeks. I also bought an office hydraulic chair, the handle is loose and the overall finish is very bad.
So, in my recommendation please do not purchase products from here. I have never come across a service as bad as them.
Worst decision ever.

Pathetic experience. The furniture sold to me was way too bad. The processed wood swells in less than 6 months. The quality of the wood is so poor that it becomes like a water soaked carton paper after a while which can be torn easily.

Worst shop for furniture, they took money n delivered 2nd hand recliner.worst shop.

Never willing to by anytime anymore. First of all they give me wrong product. Some components missing in the actual items. I have requested them several times to return the money. They neither return my money nor give me the required product.After so many Arguments they make a local arrangements of the missing parts , which doesn't fit well. Moreover the bed I have bought from them is too costly then the onilne one.

The worst furniture shop of Jorhat. They should be actually called scammers. They sold me an iron bed at 5200 which was of very bad quality. Ply was making sound. The iron frame was too weak as well. After this when I went to complain and return they said they can’t take it back in just a few days because they knew they have scammed me.

They give false delivery estimation. 1 week will actually take 1 month. They don't have the courtesy to call the customers and inform about the delay. You'll end up making numerous calls and visits to the store out of frustration.

Never in million years!
Worse as hell, would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this store. They deliver defective products and don't have courtesy to rectify even after repeated plea from the customers. Literally disappointing!
