He is selling duplicate materials with high price
I purchased one mattress but after one week am unable to sleep . No foam inside the matress

Very poor service, products are not allowed to exchange on customer request.

The response we will get from the sales team is very impolite.

Better to search for other seller in market who will allow exchange on customer request.

Support and response are very poor .

Better to avoid Sri vaijayanthi or pls be careful while buying any products from this seller.

Poor service. I have ordered a mattress at 1:40 and was assured to be delivered by 2:30PM, as i need to go on an imp work. House approx 2 kilometers from shop, not delivered yet, phone number is wrong. Collected number from tirupathi branch but the new number wasn't picked. Thinking to cancel my payment(already paid).

Worst.They will not support customer.Do't go for purchase.Try some other furniture mall in nellore.

Poor customer service...
Customers are not allowed for exchange preplanned they mentioned that they won't give exchange replacement etc...

We've bought a sofa (3+1+1) and double cot bed and a mattress from this shop. They've not delivered the same item which we've seen in the shop. Mattress was totally faded and looks like used piece with black spots all over and it was covered by ponds powder . Sofa basement had damage and it was covered by a patch of cloth. When we asked the delivery person about this patch he tried to manipulate us by saying it was some extension cloth for the fitting. Now that cloth is hanging out . When we went to the store to address all these owner behaved very rude and finally accepted to change the mattress within two days and it's been three days now he's not answering the calls. I never suggest this furniture store ....beware guys 🙏
