Studio Pepperfry

Ordered one king size bed,after installation, just when I sat to check the bed....it broke away, so poor quality , they have charged me 35 thousand and see the quality of bed.pathetic!!!!! Dont buy these products online

You will surely not be disappointed by their customer service and the attention they give the customer. I have experienced exceptional service from the in house team and also the store manager (inspite of being on leave he helped). If you want to feel worth the price you like to pay, visit them and you will like their support and service

Amazing place. Hands down the best customer experience. I needed an upgrade for my bed and visited the place. Mr Thota Ramesh is the staff who attended on us. He has been helpful and also had good knowledge on the products they carry. He made the experience very smooth. He made personal efforts to ensure that the product I liked was ready and delivered appropriately and assisted throughout the process. I have ordered other stuff at the studio and can't wait to receive them as well. Do visit the studio and experience the same when you want an upgrade and/or are looking for good stuff to buy.

Not really sure why pepperfry chose to open a physical outlet. The store doesn't have much inventory. They help you browse through the pepperfry website which is exactly the same even if you browse it from your devices. Even though the staff is nice, I'd recommend visiting the website instead of going to the store as it offers no additional benefits.

Terrible service. I spent a lot of money here buying multiple pieces of furniture, I was delivered a faulty couch, with a clear puncture mark on it. Even though their website says returns for damage, they DO NOT RETURN items. I have been on the phone everyday for over a week and they refuse to do anything. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They unhelpful and unwilling to admit their mistakes.

They could not identify anything specific to our need. Although they say that the showroom is only for display and furniture can be custom made, in our case, the "home visit" never happened. The person mr Surendra eventually added a high rating for himself as i could understand from the sms i received. He kept showing us exotic designs etc. While clearly our need was fitment and then aesthetics, in that order. It seemed like you should go to pepperfry only if you have a large house. You must be a big ticket else you are clearly not preferred.

Sad, considering that i took my mother there, who would rather have found the conventional brick & mortar guy they always trusted (we are going by that now). I told her "pepperfry is good ma, lets try", and I realised that I was wrong.

They lost a customer, by ignoring a sale. It's poor vision to fail to understand that the same customer might return to you for "bigger", "exotic" fare, later in years.

We visited showroom twice but none of the executive took pain to assist us. They noticed that we were waiting for them, but they didn't bothered to assist or ask. Waited there for 15 mins and left. This gives a clear picture of their customer service. Thankfully we learned this before making any purchase.

I would give '0' (zero) for their service and do not recommend it to anyone.

Firstly it was not a retail outlet it was a studio established for the customers to experience the products color , look and how the furniture generally feels. Almost the furniture they show in the studio is same from the pepperfry. com. But the additional benefit that we have from the studio is service priority and early order deliver. I've ordered a lounge chair from the studio it arrived a week before the promised delivery date but the leg of the chair was little bit damaged so I contacted the studio management they completely took the rest all process and resolved the issue in 10 days they reduced the time of contacting the customer care I felt that it may take a long time if I go through customer care but thankfully the pepperfry studio promised what they said.
