Shop was nice with varied models and the way customers are being treated is far better than the outlets which boast of their brand. It was very cordial interacting with the staff. The items were nicely designed with affordable prices.

Worst cheap products, I had purchased the office chair on Jan 2021 worth 5,000/-. With in 2 months the wheel base got broken. There is no warranty for this cheap China products. Better avoid purchasing here and go for quality/ branded products which provides you the warranty.
Again I need to invest 1500/- for the spares.

In my review, I have already mentioned that I have purchased it in Jan 2021.

As you are claiming that "we have replaced a
new fiber base freely without any cost and any transportation" -> how can you guys lie publicly without any shame. In March, the chair base got broken, and I called your mobile and asked for a replacement of the base. Then you guys told me to pay 1500/- for the replacement of the base.
If you don't know how to sell a genuine product or service after the sale, please shut your shop and do other useful work. Don't try to fool customers.

And as you mentioned, I haven't purchased any new base for 1000/- from you. How will I dare again to buy any product from your shop after your fabulous service?

You should be ashamed of yourself for selling the dummy cheap china products and claiming with wrong information. And you don't have to teach me how to use the products, as I am already using another chair I had brought from online and it is perfectly fine after one and half years use.
