Very bad customer experience.... No customer satisfaction..... No involvevment of owner , completely depended on salesman.... Ordered items delivery late...

Worst customer experience. The salesman and the owner have lack ettiquetes and manners to deal with customer. Received defected product on arrival and when Complaint about it not satisfied with their response.I could have given minus rating based On my personal experience with this shop.Will suggest you to the reader that don't go with this shop✌🏻

"They Don't even deserve ONE Star"

This was one of the major mistake which I did by going to Shanti Furniture instead of it's alternatives in time. From my experience i would recommend you to definately cancel your plans if you are thinking to buy from them.

I also got attracted to the store fue to wide variety thinking they sell good quality products and care about their customers but i was amazed with this experience where they don't even accept their mistake and provide no support to the customer.

I selected numerous things like Almirah, Sofa, Table, etc., Paid money to them in advance, and then when they delivered the product I observed the Almirah was damaged.
I have perfectly fine pictures of product when selected and of also the damage piece they delivered. They sent a damaged product and even their Delievery people agreed that this damage did not happen in transit and it's shop's mistake.

I paid a heck of money to them also for delivery.
I called them, asked them for solution and replacement of Almirah but the manager put the blame on us that the product was kept for long in the shop...you didn't ask for delivery in time and hence the product might be damaged and we can't help you.

This shows how much they care for their customers. Their behaviour before purchase and once the sale is done is COMPLETELY different. Do not expect service from them.

I got fooled by them, hence suggesting you to not buy from Shanti Furnitures.

Worst service, brought office chair in 6 months it's cracked, very bad experience.

Good people. Good value. The only star I've left out is because of less stock/options when I was there.
