Surprisingly amazing service experience. Had bad experience with other Ford dealer earlier but PPS Ford restored my faith in Ford again. It's been too early to comment on it but looking forward for the same experience in future..Good customer service is the only key for the success...

Good one for Ford owners.. Servicing, pre inspection, delivery all are excellent.. One thing i felt bad is that you have to wait for ur turn even after pre book for an appointment

The best service center in pune.. my EcoSport hit with an accident, insurance process was easy and fast.. mr. Mr. Sagar Marne is very polite and sincere to the customer. The PPS service center is overall very nice workshop and punctual as well as having well skilled mechanics......

Poorest People and their Manager at PPS Ford ..they stole the vehicle Parts and sell in retail market.
To my brother they sold 8 month old vehicle in current month increased price. And kept him in dark about month of cars Manufacturing date. Always alk forso as they sale old stock cars.
Secodly they don't stick to what they promise and poor hospitality.
