Sequel Ford

Very arrogant front desk staff. They are there to pull you into unnecessary charges. And they make you fool most of the time. I have realised it 3-4 times. I feel it is better to take your vehicle to even unauthorised service place than this.

Very pathetic service from Sequel ford, they never keep spare parts available, keep u waiting for weeks. My advice is to go for Tata or Maruti Suzuki vehicle, I m gonna sell my figo aspire.

Most non cooperative..& non experience.... staff... they don't have any experience with vehicles.....I experienced stupidity..of..staff

Very rush and not attending properly here is no comfortable lounge to stay washing facility not available machine not working

Customers and their Vehicle Complaints are not attended properly here.. But they ask for Five Star Rating for their Service towards their Customer..How pathetic..!!
