And they said it will take time
I started roaming around to see what's new with the new model of ecosport right next to these people
They sent someone to bring the keys
Is this the way to behave
Ford please teach your staffs to behave with customers
Instead of assistance in purchasing they are doing their own
So upset with the service

Simply put, I felt Kosi Ford support as Life saving and dedicated service. My car had a minor accident and front bumper needed replacement along with some other plastic components there. From the first call to them till service done I always felt the ‘family wali feeling’. Staffs at Body shop / service centre were polite, skilled in their work and ambiance was also well maintained. Within promised estimate and time they serviced my car properly. Thanks a lot to all team there for their customer focused attitude and delivery. Worst experience i had....ford mechanic only know to replace part.... don't do much rather looting ford lover geniune car owner.
