The service station and the people are good. I was travelling and had an emergency faulty cylinder leakage. They ensured the part was available on time and ensured the vehicle was good to be driven. Really appreciate their services.

Senior staff is not confident in talking to new person who have called for some enquiry

And as far as I know U are a Ford dealership so u should have staff who can behave well and talk well

Good and prompt service. Skilled technicians are available, who are helpful.

Not so good experience. Service team was okay but management was really bad. Nothing was explained clearly and the price was fluctuating every second. I was said some amount before the service but after service manager says may be prices went up. I was really surprised by seeing so bad atmosphere around. Just giving 2 stars because of the service team there. They were atleast polite and thorough in their job.

They were able to resolve issues in my vehicle however u should expect that it may take a whole day.
