Ordered a bouquet and was very happy with the quality delivered. Beautiful and elegantly done. The items provided were of good quality.

Couple of things though - the site said the box is leather but it's cardboard. Should not give misleading description. And frequent updates will definitely help.

I understand that the final product can vary from the pictures on your site. And unfortunately, the flowers I ordered after hours of scouting your site were not available and I was simply informed that they would be replaced. I had asked for a photo of the final product and was simply told that the bouquet had been delivered. The delivery wasn't even on time. This was my first time placing an order through Interflora and I specifically came expecting a great collection and great service considering the "luxury" price tag and reviews but I have been let down. To add insult to injury, I received one of those automatic emails for feedback from their site but when i tried to give them a dismal rating the website would give errors!

Beautiful hamper and a very attentive and responsive customer service. They had forgotten to add one of the hamper items. Within 2 hours they sent the missing item, the customer service was there to help. Definitely re-ordering from them.

Interflora, while they were good a few years back, their services have deteriorated terribly.

I very recently ordered a bouquet on their website. While the arrangement looked good in their pic, it was nowhere near what was delivered.

What was even more appalling was that they forgot to water the flowers and forgot to give me the base as was shown on their website.

They did apologise for the blunder, but I was really aghast , I mean their sole purpose is to provide fresh flowers alongwith a vase as shown in their pictures... if they cant provide that ... then why are they still in business.

Ferns and petals is a much better alternative. Their packaging has really improved and their flowers are always fresh.... for half the price, literally !!!!!

I edited this review , as they asked me for my order number to rectify things..... Which was merely a formality....they have no intention of rectifying anything ... they just want to seem polite on sociial media.... They can easily retrieve my order details from their database.

Premium flower delivery service, they have always been on time and good collection for different purposes. Quality was good and delivery personals have been polite.

Lovely flowers, they're fresh and smell really nice. They resemble the online pictures and are really beautiful. Interflora gives instructions on how to take care of the flowers for the next days along with feeds.

Very good customer service and a wide variety of options. Delivery person was also very friendly and kind. They make sure they deliver at the time most convenient for the customer. Thoroughly satisfied and thank you to the whole Interflora Team.
